Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, including buyer's remorse or if you change your mind.
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@beshdeals.in or via WhatsApp/Phone at +91-7418810088. If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beshdeals.in with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a full refund or a free replacement based on your preference.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a free return after the item is delivered.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 12 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please reach out to us at support@beshdeals.in.
