Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or special sales, processing times may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Charges

International Shipping

  • Currently, BeSh Deals® ships only within India.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unpacking video is required specifically to process claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. (Standard "change of mind" returns do not require an unpacking video).
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
